How to Edit Your Worry List

Here is what I learned in Relief Society yesterday:

If you are worried about something, ask yourself these questions:

1. Will this matter tomorrow?
2. Will this matter in a week?
3. Will this matter in a month?
4. Will this matter in a year?
5. Will this matter in 50 years?

If the answer to any of these questions is no, stop worrying.

My dad taught me a similar life philosophy, but sometimes I forget, and this was a nice reminder.

I also learned that I am not the only person in the world who carries on full conversations with myself.
