Mitch and Alisa used to be such cute little buddies. They were inseparable. So what happened? They are currently at war with each other, and there seems to be this thick layer of resentment between them. Where did that come from, and when? Did I cause it?
I've seen them together not so long ago, having a great time. I know it can be done. I hope they can work it out. I hope one day they'll appreciate each other. I want them to visit me in the nursing home together. I want them to be able to laugh with each other about how old and senile their mother is. I want their kids to be friends.
