stupid comcast

Whew, our internet is back up! It was down all day yesterday, and nobody knows why. We are switching over to Qwest, because we are so tired of dealing with Comcast and their nightmarish customer service. Every time we call them (because the internet seems to go out on too regular a basis) they can't tell you why, put you on hold forever and eventually hang up on you. Or they tell you they are sending a truck out and the truck never shows up. Or you talk to a customer service technician who knows less than I do and has such a strong Indian accent, you can't understand them anyway.

Enough ranting. We'll see if Qwest is any better. It's cheaper.

I am also curious as to why your online service works intermittently. I am also puzzled as to why no one was able to diagnose the cause of the problem.
