The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly

The good:
The bathroom got cleaned today. By me.
The bad:
We were totally out of Clorox wipes. I had to do it the old fashioned way, with an old rag and a spray bottle. Yick.
The ugly:
I dropped the whole can of powdery toilet cleaner in the toilet. $3.00 literally down the toilet.


The good:
We got the worst part of Duncan's history project, the annotated bibliography done tonight.
The bad:
He lost all his sources and we had to start from scratch.
The ugly:
Making an 8th grader do an annotated bibliography. Sick.


The good:
The Burb visited the car wash today, for the first time all winter.
The bad:
I ran out of quarters.
The ugly:
Olivia's ice cream painting from back in December still graces the inside of the window.

The good:
Blue skies and sunshine all day today.
The bad:
Alisa has spring fever/senioritis.
The ugly:
My Christmas lights are still up.

The good:
The big basement clean out has begun.
The bad:
The kids are finding all kinds of stuff they thought they had lost forever and can't possibly live without.
The ugly:
The storage room. The laundry room. The whole darn basement.
