Pretty in Pink Paint

This was yesterday. Olivia got finger paints for her birthday, and we had a great afternoon with the pink. Notice the fingerpaint on the walls.

Today has been a tough day to be Olivia. And a tough day to be her mother. Every time I turned around she was tantruming about something. And demanding something. We went to McDonalds for lunch and she cried because she wanted my salad instead of her chicken nuggets. She NEVER eats salad. Then she cried because we had to leave playland after only an hour and a half. We went to the thrift store and left before she was done playing with the toys there. We went to the bookstore but it was a different bookstore than we usually go to, and she didn't believe it was a bookstore and didn't want to go in. She didn't want to use the potty when we got home because she wanted to use the potty at the store. Then she spilled a sticky strawberry slush all over the kitchen floor. I was so frazzled by that point that I turned on Curious George and stuck her in front of the TV. That lasted all of about 6 minutes, but fortunately Audrey's friend came over to play and that distracted her.
